Nurture in Nature Week 3

This week it was another gorgeous Autumnal day - a crisp, chilly start that warmed up as the sun moved through the trees. We went on a mushroom walk to look at all the different fungi that grow in the woods at this time of year and found a huge variety. For lunch we made delicious lentil soup and cooked it over the fire. We had hot drinks and hot water bottles as well to keep cosy. Finally we did Autumn-inspired craft, making wool apples, which we hung on the trees.
